DEREGISTRATION OF UNIONS
Sir,—So the Hon. P. C. Webb will be forced to take stern measures if the Auckland bus drivers adhere to their decision. In discussing this matter with a member of the West Coast State Miners’ Union to-day he said to me, “Only half the members of our union have so far started work after the Christmas holidays. Why doesn’t Webb deregister our union. Let him try it and see how he gets on.”—Yours, etc., THE SPECTATOR. Runanga, January 7, 1944.
