# CIVILIANS HELD BY JAPANESE (P.A.) WELLINGTON, November 23. The following civilians who are prisoners of war in Japanese hands at Hong Kong have been reported to the Department of Internal Affairs through Mr W. J. Howell. Mrs G. Howell. Wellington (w.). Mr Stuart Williamson, honorary Government agent. Mrs S. T. Williamson. Sydney (w.). Mr W. B. Higgs, salesman. His next-of-kin is not known. Mr Victor J. Mackenzie, Hong Kong Police. Mrs H. J. Macaskill, Palmerston North (m.).
