SPORTS ACTIVITIES TO BE CONTINUED
—-♦ BOYS AND GIRLS LEAVING SCHOOL (P.A.) WELLINGTON, June 10. The recruitment of boys and, girls of primary schools for continued physical training was announced by the Minister for Internal Affairs (the Hon. W. E. Parry) to be a new feature of the work of the Physical Welfare and Recreation Department, designed to assist sports bodies. Recreation cards, he said, would be issued to boys and girls in their, school years, and- by that means enrolments would result for the continuance of the sport indulged in at school.
