ASHBURTON CATHOLIC CLUB
♦ Tjie annual meeting of the Ashburton Catholic Club was held on Monday evening. Mr J. Brown presided over a good attendance. A credit balance of more than £l4 was shown. Officers elected were:—Patron, the Very Rev. Dean J. J. O’Donnell; president, Mr F. McDonnell; vice-presi-dent, Mr J. O’Keefe; life member, Mr F. K. Cooper; secretary and treasurer, Mr K. Reynolds; assistant secretary and treasurer, Mr J. Smith; executive, Messrs J. Brown, M.' L. Crequer, M. D. Cunneen, and J. Bradley; auditor, Mr S. Madden.
