The Army Department at Greymouth announces that a 'West Coast draft of men for overseas service will leave for camp on April 16, At present the date is provisional, but all men will be personally notified. A further announcement containing the names of men for Burnham and other camps will be made almost immediately. The following men have been posted so far;— Railway Construction Company, Trentham: Burling, E. T. A Troops Company, Trentham: Fox, C. L. Railway Operating Company, Trentham: Butcher, H. F.; Henzil, E. R.; Wallace. W. H. D.; Lawson. N. H.; Loft, V. E. Further medical files of men previously examined for overseas service have been reviewed by the reviewing officer, and of 15 men, 13 have been classed as fit for territorial service, retaining their original grading for overseas service, and one has been classed as unfit. The names of the men reclassified fit for territorial service are as follows:—Arnerich, J. H., Stafford; Archer J, P., Greymouth; Barnhill, C. W., Hokitika: Bowkett. A., Blackball; Breeze, P. A.. Ruatapu; Buchanan, G. R Greymouth: Blackadder. A. R., Rotomanu; Carlyle, J. D., Greymouth; Cook, D.. Totara Flat; Drake. R., Otira; Fagan, A. F„ Paroa; Fisher, J. F., Punakaiki; McDonnell, S., Greymouth; Scott, D., Greymouth. All of these have the right to appeal to the Manpower Committee, but their appeals must be lodged immediately.
