. * —. PLUNKET APPEAL
The annual street appeal of the Lyttelton Plunkct Society, which was made yesterday, resulted in £6O being collected, as compared with £4O last year. The collection was augmented by the sale of produce from a stall near the Harbour Board office and members expressed much pleasure with the result of the effort, especially, as one official of the social pointed out, no raffles were held.
