Trans-Pacific air-mail service: Next flight closes noon Wednesday, September 25; due San Francisco October 2. Rates: New Caledonia, is each Joz; Canton Island, Is 9d each Joz; Hawaii, 2s 6d each Joz; United States and Canada, 4s each joz; Hong Kong, 5s 3d each ioz; Great Britain. 5s 9d each ioz. Postcards, half letter rates. Air mails within New Zealand close at the Chief Post Office.
