MOTORIST PLEADS GUILTY TO INTOXICATION
[From Our Own Reporter.] TIMARU, August 27. Charles Stanley Fraser, who made a voluntary appearance at a sitting of the Magistrate’s Court at Timaru, before Mr H. Morgan, S.M., on a charge of being found intoxicated while in charge of a motor-car in Stafford street on August 21, pleaded guilty and was fined £lO and ordered to pay costa.
