—. —* . PROTEST BY RETURNED SOLDIERS : (pazss association telbgbah.' WELLINGTON. April 22. The Dominion executive committee of the Returned Soldiers’ Association decided at -a meeting to send the followings resolution to the New Zealand Centennial Exhibition authorities:— “That, in view of the fact that the directors of the exhibition twice asked the New Zealand Returned Soldiers' Association whether it would agree to the opening of - the, exhibition: on Ahzac Day, and that the association twice refused to agree, the Dominion executive committee enters a most emphatic protest against the decision of the direct tors to open the exhibition at 3.30 p.m. on that day, and urgently requests that the decision be rescinded.”
