MAGISTRATE’S COURT
MAN REMANDED David Scrogie appeared before Mr W. S. Crombie, J.P., at a sitting of the Magistrate’s Court at Oamaru yesterday morning charged with obtaining, with intent to defraud, the sum of £1 7s 6d from Percy Bell, at Timaru, on July 15, by means of a false pretence. He was remanded to appear at Timaru this morning.
