BOY SCOUTS GIVE CONCERT
O AMARU SOUTH GROUP OF TOC H Thirty-five scouts from the Columba troop entertained members of the Oamaru South group of Toe H at a concert given in the group’s club rooms on Wednesday night. There was a good attendance of members and visitors from the Oamaru branch. The following contributed to the programme:—B. Taylor and W. Widdowson (recitations), A. Todd (tenor horn solos), Steenson (piano solos), and K. McDiarmid (tap dance). The MeDiarmid brothers sang a cowboy duet, playing their own ukelele and guitar accompaniments, and with Uttley and Freeman presented a ‘“Wild West” sketch. Community singing was led by C. Hollo.,
