VISIT OF FRENCH PRESIDENT
GAY DECORATIONS IN LONDON (BEITISE OFFICIAL WIRELESS.) (Received March 21, 10 p.m.) RUGBY, March 20. In Westminster and the City of London the routes along which the President of France, M. Albert Lebrun,' and Madame Lebrun will drive during their State visit this week, have been gaily decorated. They are assured of a warm welcome when they arrive to-morrow. That the visit of the head of a sister democracy should have fallen in these critical days for nations that prize liberty will invest the visit with special significance.
