NINE WORKMEN ARRESTED
♦ FIRE IN REICH CHANCELLERY LONDON. July 26. The Berlin correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” reports that the secret police have established that the fire at the Reich Chancellery on July 20 was the result of arson. Nine workmen have been arrested for the offence, which is punishable by death.
