BOXING

GANZON TO MEET CLARK “Snowy” Clark, an aggressive boxer, who has won eight o£ his 12 most recent bouts by knock-outs, will be Dommy Ganzon’s opponent in a professional match in the King Edward Barracks to-morrow night. Clark has to his credit a knock-out win over Dal Costa, in the second round. He has also beaten Mickey Miller on points over 12 rounds. Clark is the opposite in style to Henry Dunn, who met Ganzon last week, and he appeals as being just the type of to suit the Filipino’s brilliant attacking style. In his bout with Clark, Ganzon will be under no disadvantage of weight. Both men are about the same. The bout means much to Ganzon this week, for he has to win to qualify for a bout with Mickey Miller. An excel? lent programme, of amateur preliminaries will be provided.
