SECONDARY SCHOOLS’ MATCHES

TOURNAMENT BEGUN ON SATURDAY Bright tennis was played at the secondary schools’ tournament on Saturday morning, when more than 250 competitors representing every secondary school m Christchurch, as well as Rangiora and Amberley, took part. The girls’ matches were played at Wilding Park, and the boys at Linwood. The third round was reached in some of the girls’ events.
