RICHMOND HILL CLUB Mr V. E. Hamilton presided at the twenty-eighth annual meeting of the Richmond Hill Golf Club, held last evening. The annual report stated that there were 150 active members. 90 men and 60 women. The course was in good condition during the season. The work on the new sixth green has been finished, and it was hoped that it would be possible to use it for at least a portion of the coming season. Although a deficit of £ls 9s 6d was shown for the year, the finances of the club were considered satisfactory. Maintenance costs increased considerably, and heavy expenditure was incurred on improvements to tlie new sixth green. The report was adopted. The election of ollicers was as follows: President, Mr V. E. Hamilton; vice-presi-dents, Messrs E. T. Salvesen, J. D. Edmonds, and J. S. B. Bruges: captain. Mr R. H. T. Hamilton; secretary, Mr B. G. Donovan: treasurer. Mr J. R. Moody: assistant treasurer. Mr H. R. Black: committee. Messrs H. O. Hewlett, H. W. Tay-lor-Smith. F. W. Brandt, R. D. M. Bassett. G. ,T. McKay. C. F. Jones: auditors. Messrs A. Graham and J. D. Lawrence. Miss E. Pender, who is one of the original members of the club, was elected a life member.
