MISS JEAN BATTEN'S PLANS
* CONTEMPLATED ATTACK ON SOLO RECORD SYDNEY, September 11. It is stated at Mascot aerodrome, where her aeroplane is being overhauled, that Miss Jean Batten is contemplating an attack on the Australia to England solo record. Miss Batten has not divulged her plans.
