ENGLISHMAN ARRESTED IN MOSCOW
♦ MOSCOW, September 10. John Kirk, English amateur actor and playwright, was arrested and questioned for three hours for photographing a production of G. B. Shaw’s “The Applecart’’ at a dramatic festival. He alleges that he was detained in an office under a barrage of questions by a score of policemen.
