DECREES NISI GRANTED
DIVORCE SUITS IN SUPREME COURT Decrees nisi were granted in three divorce suits before his Honour Mr Justice Northcroft in the Supreme Court yesterday morning. Cuthbert William Reid, a schoolteacher, of Fairlie (Mr A. C. Brassington) was granted a decree nisi against Sylvia Mary Reid on the grounds of separation. Timothy Leary, a labourer, of Kaituna (Mr H. Hunter) was granted a decree nisi against Annie Emily Leary on the grounds of separation. Charles Edward Round, a linesman, of Christchurch (Mr R. Twyneham; was granted a decree nisi against Veronica Pearce Prudence Round (Mr H. Hunter) on the grounds of desertion.
