AFGHAN PRIME MINISTER IN LONDON
(BBITISB OrriCUL -WIBILES9.) RUGBY, January 29. The Prime Minister of Afghanistan (Sardar Mahammad Hashim Khan) is due to arrive in London to-morrow to be the guest of the Government for-about a week. His Royal Highness is an uncle to the present-King of-Afghanistan.
