AIR SERVICE TO AUSTRALIA
THROUGH FLYING-BOATS NOT TILL END OF 1938
(Received Jr.nuary 31, 10.58 p.m.) LONDON, January 30. The "Evening News" states that material and personnel for the first through flying-boat to Australia are not likely to be ready before the end of 1937, and other details necessitate several additional months. Thus, a seven-days England to Australia schedule will probably not operate before the end of 1938.
