RESIGNATION OF SOCIALIST MINISTER
(Received January 29, 7.5 p.m.)
BRUSSELS, January 28
M. Arthur Wauters succeeds M. Emile Vandervelde (Socialist Minister for Health), who resigned from the Cabinet because of differences with his colleagues, notably about Spain. [A message printed yesterday stated that a Cabinet crisis had occurred through the possibility of the resignation of M. Vanderveldi, who is the Socialist leader.]
