CROQUET
O DOMINION' TOURNAMENT CONCLUDED The Dominion croquet tournament was concluded yesterday with the completion of the final of the A grade handicap singles between Captain G. Hartnell and F. Blunt. Blunt won 26-19. . . Blunt, who was receiving four bisques from his opponent, quickly struck form and overcame the lead which Hartnell had established the previous afternoon. At the resumption of play yesterday Hartnell was in the rover and at three back, and Blunt was at two and three back with a bisque to use. Hartnell was failing with his long shots, and missed several opportunities, v/hereas Blunt was in excellent form. BARRINGTON V. LEESTON A junior B flag match between Leeston and Barrington Clubs, played at Leeston, resulted in a win for the visiting team. SOUTHBRIDGE V. LIN WOOD Southbrldge Club played Linwood junior A, and won by 6 games to 3. FRIENDLY MATCH Four croquet players from Elmwood Club were the guests of the Southbridge Club on Thursday, when friendly games were played. •
