HUNGER STRIKE IN HOSPITAL
PATIENTS AND NURSES ! SUPPORT COOKS WARSAW, January 11. , Refused higher wages and shorter hours, the cooks and servants at the Lodz Hospital have started a hunger strike, in which they have been sympathetically joined by the doctors, , patients, and 50 nurses. All have been without food for 24 hours. Sixteen patients who collapsed still refuse nourishment.
