SEEKING A NEW LOCARNO
IMPORTANT DISCUSSIONS DIFFICULTY OF FRENCH PACT WITH RUSSIA (Received December 25, 11.30 p.m.) BERLIN, December 23. Discussions are believed to be in progress between Berlin, Paris and London of such importance that Herr Hitler is at present remaining in the capital. They are understood to involve the relationship between the French-Soviet pact, and the new Locarno.
