BRIDGE PARTY
GUESTS AT QUEEN’S CLUB Miss Blanche Sanders was hostess last night at a very enjoyable bridge party given at the Queen’s Club, Cathedral square, where many visitors to Christchurch for the races were included amongst the guests. The lounge and supper room were decorated with irises and bowls of mixed flowers, and the bridge room with Iceland poppies. Miss Sanders wore a del blue satin dress with berthe of beautiful old Honiton lace. Those present were Mesdames Deans, Charles Reid, Maitland Rich, Donald McLean, Gordon Fulton, Russell Beals, J. M.
