CAMPAIGN FOR NEW LISTENERS
95ie short-wave radio station at Moscow has begun an extensive campaign to increase its listening, audience, and information has reached Christchurch of some generous offers being made. From October Ito March ! the station will send a copy of any radio faTir to any listener specifying one, and the writer of every tenth letter opened win be sent an illustrated journal, “IESJSJt in Construction." In addition, every new listener: who writes' will receive “a photograph of a wellknown Soviet leader, postcard views ofMoscow -and the U.S.S.IL, or some of. the latest Soviet postage stamps.”
