CIVIL ACTION AGAINST McARTHUR
CLAIM BY PUBLIC TRUSTEE [THE PRESS Special Service.] WELLINGTON, August 12. On August 20 an action will begin in the Supreme Court at Wellington by the Public Trustee as liquidator of Sterling Investments and Pacific Exploration (two associate companies of the Investment Executive Trust) against John Shaw McArthur in connexion with the yacnt Morewa, the amount involved being the stated value of the yacht when built—about £ 10,000.
