FRIENDLY MATCH AT GREENDALE A rink from the Papanul Bowling Club paid a visit to the Greendale Bowling Club and played a friendly game. The rinks were;—Papanui; T. Blair. G. Billson, G. Shipley; C. Smith (skip!. Greendale; The Rev. E. T. Jones, H. B. Veitcn, P. J. Dowd, P. W. Compton (skip). The game resulted in a win for Greendale by 24 to 20. THORNDON WINS WELLINGTON COMPETITION (rasas association TKUtoaAU.I WELLINGTON. March SO. By defeating the Hataitai Bowling Club in the final game, the Thorndon Bowling Club won the Wellington Centre pennant competition for the 1935-36 season.
