A SETTLEMENT REACHED

AUCKLAND, March 10., It was announced to-day - that a settlement had been reached on a writ issued by William Goodfellow, company director, of Auckland, ia October, claiming £1145, and a declaration that an agreement entered into with Albert Ernest Davy, political organiser, with regard to the formation of a new political party, was no longer bir.ding. The casa was mentioned before the Chief Justice (the Ki Hofl. Sir Michael Myers) in chambers at Wellington on October 18, when ah application was made for the hearing. m ■ It is. understood that one of the conditions of settlement is that the terms should not be revealed fpr publication. ■ ~:■■• ■ '',;■
