NEW BRIGHTON CLUB’S RACE ROWLANDS TROPHY WON BY SHOOTING STAR The, New Brighton Power Boat Club held a race for the Rowlands trophy between Pleasant Point and the Estuary on Saturday afternoon, in perfect conditions. The tide was full, and _• the seft verV smodth. Bight boats started, and Otlra and the scratch boat, Shooting Star, provided 3 thrilling finish. Shooting Star Just passing the other boat on the post to gun first place.
