ARSON CHARGE
REMAND IN DUNEDIN CASE (PRBSS assocutiok telegram.) DUNEDIN, January 19. In the Magistrate's Court to-day Henry Watt, aged 40, was charged with wilfully setting fire to the furniture warehouse of A. and J. Watt, and remanded till Friday. Counsel said it was questionable whether accused was fit to plead, and asked that he be medically examined. The affair sprang from a mind seething with grievance over a long period. Accused said he knew what he did, but could not resist. It was stated that accused was related to the members of the firm.
