HAPSBURGS RETURNING TO AUSTRIA
MOVE OFFICIALLY APPROVED VIENNA, December 21. Archduke Otto of Hapsburg, and his mother, the former Empress Zita, are returning from their long exile to take up residence in the Tyrol province in January. This move is reputed to have been mad=> with the full consent of Dr. Kurr Schuschnigg, Chancellor, and Prince Starhemberg, Vice-Chancellor. Austrian and Hungarian monarchists are displaying feverish activity with a view to winning public opinion and obtaining foreign moral and material support for the restoration of the Archduke Otto.
