MARTIN INSULL ACQUITTED
CHICAGO, December 21. Martin J. Insull, brother of Samuel Insull. was acquitted on a charge of the embezzlement of 344.720 dollars belonging to the Middle-West Utilities Company. [Samuel Insull was recently acquitted on a similar charge, the court holding that the collapse of his huge public utilities corporation was due to the depression, and not to any mismanagement on his part.]
