FENDALTON SCHOOL FETE
. A meeting of the Fendalton Shool fete committee was held in the schoolroom, when arrangements for various stalls, etc.. were completed. The following is the programme decided upon:—l.3o to 4.30 p.m., sports; 7 p.m., drill display; 8 p.m., crowning of queen; 9.30 p.m., dance. There will be. stalls and sideshows. It was decided that the monetary donations for the queen would be received up to 7.45 on the night of the fete. Donations of produce, etc. for the various queens would be received up to 2 p.m. on Thursday. It was reported that satisfactory arrangements had also been made for "The Fun Factory."
