THE ART EXHIBITION
TO THB BDITOB OF tHI PRESS. Sir,—After visiting the New Zealand Society of Artists' exhibition this week I was, surprised to see that several artists' pictures were not hung in individual groups. Last year each artist had his collection of separate paintings hung together, which made it much less confusing. Of course I see it is necessary to keep the cuts and pencil drawings together, but I see no reason why the paintings should be divided. —Yours, etc., AN INTERESTED STUDENT. November 6, 1934.
