JUDGMENTS FOli CITY COUNCIL Judgment was obtained by the Christchurch City Council in the Magistrate's Court yesterday, before Mr H. A. Young, S.M., against a large number of citizens who had failed to pay rates. The judgments by default numbered 27. and involved a total amount of more than £7OO.
