GENEROUS GIFT TO HOSPITAL
BUSINESS MAN'S GRATITUDE (Received October 4, 8.16 p.m.) LONDON, October 4. To mark his gratitude because his life was saved at the Middlesex Hospital, Mr W. H. Collins, a business man, has given the hospital £ 12,000 to equip a radio diagnosis department. Mr Collins underwent three operations in 19 days, one without an anaesthetic, because he was so weak.
