AUSTRIA'S TROUBLES
DR. DOLLFUSS NOT TO RESIGN VIENNA, September 7. Reports that Dr. E. Dollfuss (Chancellor) intends to resign are officially denied. The provinces are tired of the political turmoil, desiring a revival of industry and trade, without which a permanent settlement of Austria's troubles will be most difficult, and it is authoritatively stated that Dr.'Dollfuss is determined to stick to his job, because of the repercussions his resignation might have on the European situation.
