CHANGES IN CABINET PARIS, September 7. As the result of the death of M. George Leygues, M. Albert Sarraut becomes Minister for Marine, and M. Albert Dalimier, who was a member of M. Edouard Herriot's Cabinet, is replacing M. Sarraut as Minister for the Colonies.
