CYCLING ON FOOTPATHS.
TO THE KDITOB OF TUB FBESS. Sir, —Is it now permitted to people to ride bicycles and motor-bikes on the footpaths? I notice almost every day women, men, and children riding from their gates along the footpaths. Only this last week I met a young man riding his motor-bike on the footpath, and he must have ridden past six or seven houses before he went on the road.—Yours, etc., PEDESTRIAN. April 10, 1933.
