One of the suggestions of the 1 üblicity Committee that it bad teen .-decided to act upon at the previous meeting was that a radio set should be offered as a prize to the visitor making the best estimate in point °t , merit of the non-competitive exhibits. It was announced last night that the A. R. Harris Company had offered to give a six-va!ve set to the Society for this competition, and a letter of sfcceptance and thanks will be sent to the donors. „ It was reported that Mr J. iJalctt had left for the North Island, where he will approach prominent nurseries lor exhibits.
