DIVORCE ACTION.
(MESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, August 19. The full amount claimed, £SOO, against co-respondent, was awarded by the jury in the Supremo Court divorce action of James Durkin, labourer, petitioning for a divorce from Margaret Durkin on the ground of adultery with John Barrett, moneylender. His Honour Mr Justice Blair granted a decree nisi and ordered that the amount of damages be paid into Court to abide the further order of the Court.
