+ POLICY OF GREAT BRITAIN. MR MACDONALD NOT GOING TO AMERICA. (UXITED PRESS ASSOCIATION—BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH—COPYRIGHT.) LONDON, August 5. An inspired statement denies that Mr Ramsay Mac Donald is going to Washington in connexion with war debts. He is of the opinion at present that no move is possible before the Presidential election, and is opposed to anything in the nature of a united front of European debtors.
