The figures for Empire importations into the United Kingdom for the year ended May, 1932,' published by the Em-' pire Marketing Board, show that the habit of Empire buying continues to spread among the population of the TJnited Kingdom, and during the twelve months concerned 25. products —three from New Zealand-Established new records. Those records, given inquantities, afford a" clear proof that numerous foods from the overseas Empire are establishing themselves in the dietary of the people of Great Britain. In more than half of the 25 products the previous best figure was for the year immediately preceding, while in" many others it was for 1929, showing a steady upward tendency now at-work. •Table of Records Established.
