SHOP SET ON FIRE.
THREE MEN COMMITTED FOR" SENTENCE. (TSXSS iSSOCUTIOX HI.EGRAU.) DUN EDI N", July 29. At the Magistrate's Court to-day, before Mr H. \V. Bundle, S.M., William Alexander MeKenzie, Thomas Mills Stewart, and Stewart AValtcr Muir were charged with on July 4th wilfully sotting, firo to a shop and dwelling owned by MeKenzie. Detective Power paid that he found some partly-burned cotton wool amongst tho cinders in the shop. Tho accused, in statements, admitted the offence, their object being to obtain the insurance money. Accused pleaded guilty and were committed for sentence.
