MAGISTERIAL. FRIDAY. (Before Air. E. D. Mosley, 5.31.) TRAFFIC CASES. Victor Lrnest liocker.y was fined £0 aud costs and Leslie Charles Thomas Hawton was fined 10s and costß on charges of dangerous driving. For negligent driving, John Thomas Gallagher was fined £3 and costs. For having no lights attached to his motor-truck ho was fined 10s and costs. Walter Duffield was fined 10s and costs for negligent driving. William Orme Wedlake was fined 10s and costs and 5s without costs on charges of having insufficient lights attached whilst towing a vehicle with his car. Eric Zuppicich was fined £2 and costs for negligent driving. Emily Agnes Birdling was fined 20s and costs on a similar charge. Terence H. AlcCorobs was fined 10s and costs for parking bis motor-cycle without lights, and was convicted and discharged for wrongful parking. Raymond Pearson Campbell was fined 5s and costs for riding a inotor-cj'de without a tail-light. He was also fined 10s and costs for riding without a license. The following were fined for having insufficient warning devices attached to their bicycles:— Knut Bank—No light. 10s and costs. !
