STRAND THEATRE.
The Strand Theatre is featuring this week two new romantic pictures, one of the West and the other of the German Army in the early days of tlio war on the eastern front against the Russians. Tho Western story is. "Tho Wind,' starring Lillian Uish, while the other is "Under the Black Eagle," starring Ralph Forbes and Marnoline Day. Other features are a comedy, a scenic, and a topical gazette.
