LAWN TENNIS.
CANTERBURY COLLEGE CLUB. The annual meeting of the Canterbury College Tennis Club was held last night, Professor Pocock presiding. The annual report and balance-sheet were adopted, the latter showing a creHit ol £24 10# 4d. . A new constitution was adopted. Officers were elected as follows:—President, Professor Pocock: vice-presidents. Professors Speight, Steele, and Powell, Dr. Farr, and Mr E. H. Adkins; club captain, Mr 0. B. Beatson; hon. secretary, Mr R. A. Young; hon. treasurer, Mr R. Sowden; committee, Mr E. England, Misses E. Armstrong, M. Sherris, and M. Seott.
