The Waihora sports which take P]*" to-day in the Waihora Doma.n (famed for its pleasant shelter), promises to be the most successful yet held by the club. The entries lor all events constitute a record for the club, no fewer than thirty runners having nominated for the various running evlntf, including three New Zealand champions in D. McLennan, G. Getson, and O. K f Yeatman. Lovers of athletics should not miss seeing these men in action. ine ctcHbk too, is exceptionally heavy, and the S« for the valuable Waihora Cup should alone be worth going to see..
